Happened upon this pic in the latest Daniel Pink book: To Sell is Human.

Can’t say this is the first time I have seen an owner or manager present his picture along with a personal cell number and an open invitation to call.

And I’m not sure what struck about this story. But something did. So much so that I text the call and told him how much I admired the practice.

He returned my text and thanked me for noticing. And I just think that is cool.

Your seriously considering posting my cell number in every leasing office Multifamily maniac,

    By the way…I just hung a poster of you with your cell number by the front door of our office. :-)
