Out to Put a Dent in the Multifamily Universe

    There's a solution out there that's actually working… and it's FREE!! Provide an area for property reviews and more importantly, a way for management to respond to these reviews. Specific management companies have asked for this functionality so we've built it out to their specifications. Want more… we can push these reviews directly to your property / corporate website for reviews/responses to happen there.

    Here are a couple of examples of how one management company is using it so far: http://bit.ly/9ZGbMR, http://bit.ly/a0nM1a

    Just wanted to let everyone know the functionality is out there if needed. Again, “property reviews” is built out / turned on per management company's request on RentWiki.

    My apologies if this seems like a shameless plug… not my intention. Intention is to make folks aware of a FREE solution to reviews done right.

      Thank you for taking the time. And, know that I appreciate any and all items that add value to the conversation. So, thank you for the shameless plug!

    I love the picture. It clearly demonstrates the world we live in now! Each slip of paper could be a missed opportunity to interact with the most important people to you. The more ability a company provides for interaction, the more “control” (subjective word) we have. It is all part of providing a space for all of the most important people to be able to communicate with us. Thanks for the post Mike.

      @jonathan

      Over the weekend I was hit with an interesting statement via email that related to the post . The email suggested that each card had a telephone number and an email [which is a fact] and that I could communicate with responders in either of those channels [another true fact].

      It was interesting in the sense of not grasping the absolute power of communicating on-line for the world to see. And, that would include of the world of search engine spiders.

      Thank you, as always, for taking the time to add to the conversation.

      Hope your week is off the charts and packed with crazy cool interactions -
