4 Steps to Empowering Apartment Prospects and Residents

Want to empower your apartment seekers or current resident base to engage? Here are four steps to do it by –

1. Get the question, “What do you think or What would you do,” imbued in your head and use it – often

2. Listen – when peeps answer your question avoid the propensity to interrupt. Listen mindfully and question accordingly

3. Empower – turn them loose – let them go and encourage them

4. Throw a party – shout from the rooftops – bring the noise – shower the accolades – let them know how important they really are
