		<description>I would agree with both the above comments, people hate to be sold. Handing them a packet of stuff isn&#039;t going to make them lease. Whats going to make them lease is the feelings they get from the experience of their visit. This actually holds the potential to push more people away cause of its oblivious sales tactic, people can smell a sale a mile away, and since the American shopper hates being sold, the second they think they are their guard is up, they are going to go with the place they feel is welcoming and isn&#039;t trying to sell them.</description>
