		<description>Great idea, but keep in mind that it has to make sense for anyone renting or considering an apartment.  If you can do it in a way that provides value to these people, then you have a hit on your hands!

BTW what *really* excites me is that you are asking the question to begin with.  A sense of curiosity serves you well in these times.

While social media sites are a risk, they are the future. It would be hard to argue the success of MySpace and Facebook in terms of membership.
Go where they are is my mantra. Stop trying to interrupt them, they can easily ignore you with a click of the mouse. It&#039;s an attention economy, baby! Go where the attention is...
